Meet Kristin
For over 30 years, Kristin Nimmo has been dedicated to retirement living. In her role as Managing Director of The Integrity Care Group, the visionaries behind Olive Estate Lifestyle Village, she brings a genuine passion for creating villages that feel less like places to live and more like places to belong. For Kristin, it’s always been about more than buildings or business interests; it’s about people, connection, and building communities where life is easy, meaningful, and full of possibility.
With three children of her own and years of experience in senior governance—including as Chairperson of a Nelson preschool—Kristin understands the importance of designing spaces where people feel supported, valued, and free to live life on their terms. Her role is about shaping villages where friendships flourish, family always feels welcome, and every day offers the chance to do more of what matters most.
Our care philosophy
At Olive Estate, we believe care is about more than support—it’s about enabling choice, preserving dignity, and promoting wellbeing. Our upcoming comprehensive Care Facility will include a rest home, hospital, and dementia care, allowing residents to stay connected to their community through all life stages.
